There will be a meeting of the participating members of the Harvard Co-operative Society in Harvard 6 this afternoon at 4 o'clock. In accordance with the by-laws, the nominations for officers and directors made at the stockholder's meeting on the last Wednesday in September must be approved at this meeting and then, on the last Wednesday in October, voted upon.
The stockholders of the society, through the election of officers and directors, control the business affairs but receive no pecuniary compensation whatever.
