Brewster, High Scorer, Conquers Three M. I. T. Swordsmen

The University fencing team defeated M. I. T. on Saturday afternoon by the close score of 5 to 4. W. R. Brewster '22, the left-hander of the team, defeated all three of his opponents, winning the match with Taylor of M. I. T. before the time was up by a lead of six points. Captain S. H. Ordway '21 won two of his three matches, and H. B. Cutter '21, substituting for him in the third, lost to Ravecca of Tech. Burke Boyce '22, who fenced for the first time on the University team, narrowly lost his three matches, his contests with Skabo and Canzanelli resulting in ties requiring extra periods.

Captain Ordway won the match with duelling swords from Nesmith of M. I. T.
