According to announcement of the French Department, material for both the affirmative and negative of the Pasteur Debate are increasing the power of the President of the French Republic may now be obtained at the desk in the Main Reading Room at the Widener Library. The administration of the prize is in the hands of the French Department, which is authorized to call in the aid of other instructors, of students, and of graduates in determining the precise conditions of the competition and in selecting judges.
