This afternoon at 5 o'clock there will be a meeting of the Debating Council at Weld 37 to discuss plans for securing a coach for the team in preparation for the triangular debate with Yale and Princeton, and to ratify the constitution which has recently been drawn up by the executive committee. The Faculty member of the advisory board has approved of the constitution and it now only remains for the council to ratify or amend it.
