1924 FACES UNIVERSITY

OPPOSE M. I. T. CUBS TOMORROW

A scrimmage with the University Team A is scheduled for the yearling hockey players this afternoon in the Arena at 5 o'clock. The Freshmen were to have played against the seven from Pomfret School, but as this game had to be canceled the scrimmage with the University team was substituted.

This will afford a hard work-out for the 1924 men in preparation for their game with the M. I. T. Cubs tomorrow on the Charlesbank rinks at 2.30. The game with Andover, which was to have been played last Saturday, has had to be entirely given up as there are no open dates on which it can be played.

Yesterday afternoon the '24 team had a stiff practice under the supervision of L. Curtis '16, who is assisting Coach L. M. Lombard '17. The weather was so severe that there was little practice in carrying the puck and shooting goals, and Teams A and B scrimmaged a large part of the time. The line-up of the teams remained unchanged.
