WEATHER HAMPERS 1924 HOCKEY

Two Games Planned for This Week Are Dependent on Temperature

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Mild weather, which has steadily threatened the work and success of the Freshman hockey team this season, interfered with the game scheduled against Andover last Saturday.

Plans for the coming week are very indefinite. If the warm weather continues, there will be no opportunity for practice, since the Freshmen are entirely dependent on the outdoor Charlesbank Rinks. A trip to Pomfret for a game on Wednesday afternoon has been proposed but has not yet been ratified by the College Office. The Connecticut school has a fair team with its entire forward line back from last year.

On Saturday the 1924 team will play Exeter, which defeated Stone School by only one goal last week.
