Two competitions for positions on the Lampoon Board will begin directly after the Mid-Year examination period. Business candidates will report at the Lampoon Building on Mt. Auburn street on Monday, February 14th, at 8 o'clock; while all men wishing to compete for the drawing and writing departments will report at the same time and place.
The business competition is open to members of the Freshman and Sophomore classes. It offers the last chance for Sophomores to compete for a position on the Business Board. It will last approximately three months and will consist largely of soliciting advertisements and subscriptions, with a small amount of clerical work.
All members of the three lower classes are eligible for the drawing and writing competition. The length of these competitions is indefinite, but any candidate will be elected when he has shown sufficient ability. Both types of competitions will be outlined at the first meeting of the candidates.
