Loyal Coalition Meets Tomorrow

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock the Loyal Coalition will hold a mass meeting for all students of the University and their friends in Bratile Hall for the purpose of arousing the interest and obtaining the support of the University. The Loyal Coalition is a citizens' organization for the conservation of American ideals and traditions and for the continuance of friendship with our allies of the Entente. It aims to organize branches for this work throughout the country, and the meeting tomorrow is one of the steps in this direction.

Mr. R. W. Smith, vice-president of the Loyal Coalition and chairman of its publicity committee, will be the chief speaker of the meeting. He is a well-known journalist, author and publicist, and has an intimate knowledge of the complexities of the political situation. Mr. Demarest Lloyd '04, president of the Loyal Coalition, will be the second speaker of the evening. The subject for both talks will be "The Maintenance" of Friendly Relations With England."

Any one who is an American citizen in good standing may become a member of the Loyal Coalition on payment of a contribution to its work.
