The final and culminating event of the Union season will take place on Tuesday evening, May 18, at 8 o'clock in the Living Room of the Union, when President Lowell will address a meeting open to all members of the Un The subject of the speech is announced as "The Outstanding Events of the Year 1919-20."

Since this address is the only occasion for many years at which President Lowell will have spoken before the college as a whole on a general subject not directly connected with University affairs, an unusual opportunity is offered to the students to hear from a recognized authority a resume and discussion of the important happenings of the recent past. Opening this address to all members of the University, and not only to Union members, is another departure from the usual order.

Preceding the President's speech, a dinner will be given in his honor in the Trophy Room of the Union at 6.30 o'clock. A number of prominent Faculty members, the officers of the four classes, the presidents of the various University publications and the captains and managers of the five major sports, besides the officers of the Union this year, and the officers-elect for next year, will be invited to this dinner.
