Wood Club Issues Bulletin

The Leonard Wood Club of Harvard has edited a bulletin entitled "Facts About Leonard Wood," which will be distributed throughout the college dormitories and in the Graduate Schools today. The bulletin takes up and explains General Wood's views on four great problems facing the new administration:

1. To conciliate labor and capital.

2. To establish a sound governmental attitude to industry.

3. To establish efficiency in government administration, and

4. To inaugurate a sound American foreign policy.
