Instrumental Clubs Close Season

On next Saturday afternoon, May 8, at Aeolian Hall, New York City, the Harvard Instrumental Clubs, combined with the Musical Clubs of Princeton and Columbia Universities, will give their final and biggest concert of the season. This concert marks the culmination of an unusually active and successful year, during which the clubs have played at joint concerts with Princeton at the time of the Harvard-Princeton football game, with Yale, and with the Glee Club at Providence, and held independent concerts at Beverly and at Fall River.

Twenty-six men are to make the trip, leaving Boston on Friday evening for Fall River, where they will take a Fall River Line night boat for New York, arriving there the next morning.

The program to be offered, though not as yet arranged, will include several popular selections by the different clubs, and several original specialty numbers by talented members, besides semi-classical selections.
