Freshmen Lose to Exeter

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman tennis team suffered its first defeat of the season yesterday when it lost to the strong Exeter sextet by the close score of 4 matches to 3. Two doubles matches in which the Freshmen were leading had to be broken off in order to enable the yearlings to catch the last train back. All six singles, however, were played. M. Duaue, J. D. Farnham, G. C. Guild, M. C. Grabau, G. F. Warburg and LoR. Frost formed the Crimson team. Only one more match now remains on the Freshman schedule, the Yale 1923 contest at New Haven on Saturday.
