Universal military training is the topic chosen for discussion at the second open meeting of the Harvard Forum to be held in the Randolph Breakfast Room this evening at 7.30 o'clock. L. E. Thomas '20 will uphold the affirmative side of the question and J. U. Nef '20 will champion the negative. All men in the University interested in this subject are invited to attend.
