Four men will represent the University in the New England Amateur Athletic Union wrestling championships which will be held at the Cambridge Y.M.C.A. Saturday, April 10. H. E. Browne, 1L, former Pacific Coast champion, who holds the University title in the 135-pound class, will enter in the 125-pound class, while J. A. MacDonell '21, who has starred for the University team throughout the season, will be in the 158-pound class.
J. F. Brown '22, the heavyweight representative, will wrestle in that class Saturday, and L. R. Barker, 3L, who clinched the University championship in a spectacular struggle with the Freshman Captain, C. A. C. Eastman, at the championships will likewise be one of the entrants in the 175-pound class.
Men from colleges, Y.M.C.A. branches, and American Legion posts all over New England will be entered in this tournament Saturday evening, but, judging from their past records, some of the men from the University are scheduled to stage victories over their opponents.
Reserved seats are on sale at the Cambridge Y.M.C.A., and as the number of seats is limited, persons wishing to secure good places, should apply early. Tickets ordered by telephone, Cambridge 3860, will be reserved until Saturday noon.
