ROUGH WATER HINDERS PRACTICE

Few Crews Get Out On Charles; Tubbing Begins Tomorrow.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Due to the heavy wind sweeping down the river basin yesterday no crews were able to row on the river except the three University crews and the first Freshman, which went out at 5 o'clock for a short row up-stream. The club and lower Freshman eights all were given workouts on the machines.

More coxswains are needed for the class and club crews. Anyone weighing 140 pounds or less may come out, regardless of previous experience. All men will be assigned to crews immediately and given an opportunity to go out on the water.

Beginning tomorrow, Coach Edward Brown will start tubbing for all members of class and club crews. He will be at the Newell Boathouse every morning from 10 to 1 o'clock, and desires all men on these crews to report at this time every day.
