President Eliot will address the foreign students of the University in the parlor of the Phillips Brooks House on Wednesday evening, April 28, at 7.30 o'clock. He will speak for forty minutes on "Harvard Traditions" and at the end of his talk will answer questions. All foreign students in the University are invited to be present. P. Campos 3L will preside.
