President Lowell and Professor G. H. Chase, Chairman of the Committee on the Choice of Electives, will address the regular meeting of Government 1 in the New Lecture Hall tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock, on the subject of concentration and distribution. They will explain to Freshmen the purpose of the system, and state the rules governing the choice of college studies. Typical programs in the various fields will be described, and their value discussed. There will be opportunity for members of the Freshman Class to ask questions from the floor. All Freshmen who have no other college engagement at this time are required to attend this meeting, and upper-classmen who are taking the course are excuse 1.
