The field events of the winter track carnival are to be held in the baseball cage this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The events to be held today are: the shot put, high jump, pole vault, and running broad jump. All competitors must be dressed and in the cage promptly at 2. The winter carnival events for today will be held before the field events in the 1923-Worcester Academy meet.

An added attraction to next week's events in the carnival is a relay race which is planned between the baseball, crew, and track managers. There will be eight men on each team, each man running two laps.

Captain D. F. O'Connell '21 left for New York yesterday to attend the meeting of the Executive Board of the I. C. A. A. A. Captain O'Connell went in place of Manager J. F. Keane, Jr. '21, who is ill in the Stillman Infirmary.
