PRACTICE TODAY WILL BE LAST BEFORE GAME NEXT SATURDAY.

In order to secure better ice conditions the University hockey team held its practice in the Pavilion yesterday at 12.30. Coaches Winsor and Clafin supervised the team's work. Two men first carried the puck through the backs and then four men did the same thing. Emphasis was placed on getting shots off quickly and then following the shot up for rebounds. After the practice there was a short scrimmage and for the last few minutes the squad did some fast skating around the rink.

Today's practice will be the last one before the game with Princeton at Philadelphia on Saturday. The Orange and Black team was defeated in three extra periods by Dartmouth by a score of 3 to 1 on Tuesday night, and as Paisley, the Green team's best man, was not in the line-up, it is evident that the Tigers have not improved much since their first game with the University.
