On the last two days, March 12 and 13, of the Aero Show, which opens in New York City on Saturday, there will be held a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Intercollegiate Flying Association, when the rules governing the intercollegiate air race on May 7 and 8 will be discussed and formulated. Squads of possible contestants will be nominated, financial matters determined, and duties assigned to the various officers. A report will also be made on plans for seaplane races. Three delegates from each of the universities in the Association will attend the meeting. The University will be represented by L. E. Thomas '21, president of the Association, W. V. Dougherty '20, and D. R. Carse Unc. Two more institutions, University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers, have applied for membership in the Association.
