By the highest score which it has yet made this season the University rifle team yesterday defeated Syracuse 985-981, adding one more triumph to its nine matches previously won, against only one lost so far. C. J. Young '21 starred for the University with the score of 199, while S. K. Bolton '20 came second with 198.
