The 1923 Finance Committee has collected $3,500 towards the class fund. The Committee is now planning to organize a "clean-up" campaign to approach those members of the class who have as yet contributed nothing, in the endeavor to raise the amount in the Freshman treasury to $4,000. The raising of this amount, which is larger than that subscribed by any other Freshman class in the history of the University is made necessary by the increased cost of all commodities.
