"The Rights of Ex-Service Men Under the War Risk Insurance Act" will be the subject of a talk by J. F. Deegen, special representative of the Bureau of War Risk Insurance of the United States Treasury Department in Sever 5 tomorrow night at 8 o'clock. Mr. Deegen is now on a tour of the East, and is being sent by the War Risk Bureau to explain and doubtful features of the Act. In the course of his talk tomorrow, he will be glad to answer questions on government insurance, and will help adjust any particular difficulties, concerning allotments, allowances, compensation, and insurance, which Harvard ex-service men may have.
