Examine Boxing Entrants Next Week

Next Monday and Tuesday from 10 to 1 at the Hemenway Gymnasium Dr. Paul Withington '09 will examine entrants for the Boxing Carnival to be held at Brattle Hall on March 25, and will eliminate those who are not in condition to compete. Before noon, Saturday, all aspirants for the College championship must sign up in the blue books at the Gymnasium and at Leavitt & Peirce's.

At the time of signing up men must state the class which they wish to enter. These classes are as follows: bantam-weight, 115 lb.; featherweight, 125 lbs.; light-weight, 135 lbs.; welter-weight, 145 lbs.; middle-weight, 160 lbs.; light heavy-weight, 175 lbs.; heavy-weight, 175 lbs. and over.

On March 17, a week before the Carnival, bouts will be held at the Hemenway to select the stronger boxers from the many entries.
