All men in the University who were formerly in the service are invited to the meeting in the Living Room of the Union at 8 o'clock tomorrow night, at which the James A. Shannon Post (the Harvard University Post) of the American Legion will be formed. Major-General Clarence Edwards will be the principal speaker at this meeting. Professor Theodore Lyman '98, Acting Commander of the Post, will preside, and will outline the plans for the immediate organization of this new branch of the American Legion. Colonel Edward L. Logan '98, State Commander of the American Legion; President Lowell, and Professor W. B. Munro '99 will also speak. The temporary graduate and undergraduate committee which was recently appointed is today completing the arrangements for enrolling any men in the University who may desire to join, once the Shannon Post is definitely established.
