By the gift of Chester DeWitt Pugsley '09 the University has been enabled to establish a new scholarship in the Law School. This scholarship, which will amount to $200 a year, is to be awarded preferably to a graduate of a foreign law school who is doing post-graduate work at the Harvard Law School.
The conditions of the scholarship were drawn up as follows:
"This fund is for the establishment and maintenance of a scholarship in the post-graduate course in the Law School of Harvard University the annual income of the fund to be applied each year in one or more payments to such students in the course leading to the degree of Doctor of Law as may be designated by the Faculty of the Law School of Harvard University as entitled to the award."
