Circulo to Hear President Eliot

The Circulo Espanol de Harvard will meet in the Union tonight at 8 o'clock. The chief speaker will be President Eliot, who will discuss the present conditions and problems in Mexico.

Mr. John Farwell Moors '83, A.M., LL.D., and Senor Francisco Vela, 2M, Vice-President of the Circulo, will also give short talks. All members of the University are invited to the meeting, whether they are able to speak Spanish or not.
