Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
It is refreshing in these days of veiled and guarded language from our public men to hear a frank statement of facts from a man who knows the truth about our government. Last night Mr. Roosevelt arraigned our government on a series of charges that is none the less appalling because it is so familiar. For years we have heard the plea for a national budget, for the introduction of business methods in the executive departments, for fair treatment of government employees. All we have done about it is to criticize and condemn.
The nation is awake in a measure to these shortcomings this year, and we cannot afford to let pass the supreme opportunity for taking up slack which this campaign offers. If our parties are cowards, the most cowardly must be beaten. Action must be the watchword of the next administration.
