Tonight from 7 to 8 there will be a meeting of the religious discussion group for 1923 in Randolph Breakfast Room. This will be the second of a series of eight meetings which Dr. Elmer Leslie of the Cambridge Methodist Church is leading for Freshmen under the auspices of the New Student Committee of Phillips Brooks House. Last week twenty were present, and copies of Rauschenbusch's "Social Principles of Jesus" were distributed. It is intended, with this book as a text, to have a free and informal exchange of opinions on religious subjects, more especially the application of Christian principles to modern-day problems. Although the meetings are primarily for Freshmen, all men in College are invited to be present, and it is hoped that a gathering representative of the University will be present.
