Monday, February 23, will be a holiday in all departments of the University. The delivery desk of the Widener Library will be closed all way, but the reading room and the Farnsworth Room will be open as usual. Regular meals will be served in all the Freshman dormitories and in the Union, but on Sunday schedule.
