Mr. Alexander F. Whyte of London will address a joint meeting of the History and Diplomatic Clubs at the Union next Monday evening at 8 P. M., instead of Tuesday, as was originally announced. Mr. Whyte was member of Parliament from 1910 to 1918, was one of the founders of "New Europe" and special correspondent of the "Daily News" at the Peace Conference.
