Start Pool and Billiard Tournament

The annual pool and 18-inch balkline billiard tournament of the Harvard Union, open only to members, began last night. The winners in each tournament will receive a cash prize of $15 or its equivalent; the runners-up will be awarded a prize of $5 or its equivalent.

The entrants, 13 in the billiard and 10 in the pool tournament, have been picked by Mr. Ben Lourie, the Union professional, as a result of the showing they have made this fall in practice games.
