In accordance with a long-considered plan, Mr. Matthew Luce '91, Regent of the University, announced yesterday a list of nearly a hundred Juniors who have been appointed, and approved, as advisers for the Unclassified Students of the University. Mr. Luce initiated the plan last May but it was necessary to work out the details carefully and to determine the stand of the University toward the idea before putting it into practice.
Letters are being sent out to both the Juniors and their advises, containing official notice of the appointments. It is expected that this plan will work out much the same as the Senior Advisory system.
