Memorial Hall opens its polls today for the Dining Hall Council voting. This council comprises six men from the student body, three chosen from each Memorial Hall and the Cafeteria and three from the management of the balls and the Faculty. Its purpose is to give the boarders a feeling that they have a medium of complaint and even a hand in the conduct of the dining rooms.
