General Fayolle needs no introduction to Harvard. He is the man who led the first American troops over the top; he is Marshal Foch's personal emissary in this country; it was he who perfected the barrage method of artillery support. General Fayolle is a man of action. Men of action have things to say that are worth saying. Tonight's address will be the only one which he will make in an American University or in New England. By his presence today General Fayolle does honor to the University.
