May Vote by Mail, But Must Register Personally

Although residents of New York City may, this fall, vote by mail upon the acceptance of an application by the Board of Elections, registration must be made in person. Enrolment for the party primaries next year must also be made and the polls will be open, for both registration and enrolment from 5 P. M. until 10.30 P. M. today and from 7 A. M. until 10.30 P. M. tomorrow. Outside of New York City, registration will take place from 7 A. M. until 10.30 P. M. today and tomorrow and Friday and Saturday of next week.
