Seconds Have Informal Scrimmage

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Two touchdowns were scored by J. G. Kronen '22 in yesterday's informal scrimmage between the Second Team and Boston University.

The scrimmage was quite impromptu, and both coaches used it to criticise freely their players faults. Against Team A of the seconds, the Boston players were powerless, and during the 20 minutes that combination stayed on the field, the ball was kept well in their territory. Kronen stood out with his consistent, line-plunging and kicking. When Coach Knox put in Team B, however, Boston University gained considerable ground. Play was halted before either side could score on account of the rain.

The seconds are showing progress and should line up as a strong team for their next game with the Brown second team Thursday.
