Charles Hart, known to all Harvard rowing men since 1888, as the expert boat rigger of the University and Freshman crews, left the service of the University on Saturday after 30 years of faithful and efficient service. An appreciation of his work in connection with Harvard rowing will shortly appear in the Alumni Bulletin.
