MACMILLAN'S VISIT POSTPONED

ARCTIC EXPLORER CALLED AWAY TO MAINE BY ILLNESS IN HIS FAMILY.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Owing to serious illness in his family, Donald MacMillan will be unable to give the lecture that was scheduled to take place at 8 o'clock this evening in the Living Room of the Union. D. M. Little '18, Graduate Manager of the Union, yesterday received word from the explorer that a member of Mr. MacMillan's family was sick and that he was leaving for his home in Maine at once. Mr. MacMillan has, however, given assurance that he will give his lecture here in the near future, although he was unable to set the exact date.

The famous explorer, with a wealth of Arctic experiences from which to draw his material, has for the subject of his lecture, which he has already delivered at the Harvard Club of Boston and will give here as soon as he is able to appear, "Five Years with the Polar Eskimos." One hundred and forty photographic slides, depicting Mr. MacMillan's Arctic journeys, are shown with it.
