Pres. Lowell to Speak in New York

At a dinner at the New York Harvard Club tomorrow evening President Lowell will address the members of the club. It is understood that he will speak on the educational policy of the University, and will probably comment on some of the facts made public in the President's Annual Report. The names of the other speakers have not been announced.
