The University relay team, composed of B. Wharton '22, W. H. Goodwin '20, J. A. McCarthy '22, and D. F. O'Connell '21, will race the Cornell runners tomorrow in the invitation meet at Albany which is to be held at the Albany Armory at 8 o'clock. The race with the Ithacans is to be a medley relay, the members of the team, in the order named, running two, four, six, and eight laps of 176 yards each, respectively. Cornell is to be represented by Mayer, Watts, Smith and McDermott.
This meet is preparatory to the race with Yale at the B.A.A. games on February 7, when each man will run 780 yards. The men in other events are practicing daily for this meet.
The Freshman relay team is to be picked after the time trials on Wednesday. Four of the following men will probably be chosen: W. C. Bennet, V. Chapin, W. H. Churchill, C. H. Hawes, J. E. Kennedy, and J. W. Quinn.
