Nearly six-score business men in Boston, none of whom ever attended college, have aided the Harvard Endowment Fund to the extent of $128,000, or practically $1100 each, according to a recent statement issued by the local committee. A number of others have signified their intention of also contributing. The fund totals so far have been estimated as follows: Boston, $4,562,678; New York, $4,053,567; outside, $2,990,450; total, $11,606,695.
