By a 6 to 0 score the Freshman hockey team easily overcame the aggressive but inexperienced Somerville players yesterday afternoon on the Charlesbank rinks.
The game started with a spurt by the Crimson forwards which ended with a goal from a scrimmage. Later J. Larocque netted a long shot from the side of the rink. G. Owen, as usual, played an excellent all-around game, and he with J. C. Bancroft kept the schoolboy players from threatening the Crimson goal. A. H. Ladd and R. F. Thayer both played a consistently good offensive game, and for the visitors Captain Simpson and Powell starred.
