The second University hockey team today meets its first opponent on the Charlesbank rink when it taken the ice against the Browne & Nichols septet at 3 o'clock. This is the first contest of the season and should do much to stabilize the condition of the squad which so far has been rather chaotic, as no coach has yet been appointed and no captain elected. The management hopes that after the game it will be possible to elect a leader to succeed N. H. White '20 who has been acting-captain.
