Coach Sharpe of Yale, assisted by Captain Tom Callahan, has been giving the Eli football squad stiff workouts this week. The first real scrimmage was held on Wednesday afternoon when the first eleven played against the second and third elevens alternately.

Braden did all the scoring for the first team, once on a drop kick from the 20-yard line, and once on a short line plunge. Nothing unusual was uncovered in the scrimmage.

The first team lined up as follows: ends, Graham and Allen; tackles, Munger and Waller; guards, Galt and Hamm; centre, Acosta; quarterback, Le Roche; right halfback, Neville; left halfback, Wells; fullback, Braden.
