This week a drive is in progress to raise funds to carry on the work of the Salvation Army at home. It must be remembered that none of the money collected in the United War Work campaign last fall may be used for the work of this organization among the needy civilians.
Much has been written of late in the papers which shows the splendid work that the Salvations Army has performed among the soldiers in France. Many conclusive proofs have been recorded, indicative of the character of this organization. Although no drive will be conducted in the University, any student who is desirous of contributing to a worthy cause, can do a great good by subscribing to the Salvation Army drive this week.
