Medical School's Enrollment 305

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

According to figures just given out by the office of the Medical School, there are now 305 students enrolled in this branch of the University. This is the only graduate School in which the war had a tendency to increase rather than decrease the enrollment. The medical students were not allowed by the government to leave their studies and even those preparing for this course were forced to stay at their regular work, so great was the government's need for skilled medical men. The complete figures by classes follow: First year,  98 Second year,  89 Third year,  100 Fourth year,  16   -- Total,  305

The enrollment in the fourth year was lowered to its present number from 99 because of the graduation last month. The eighteen remaining will graduate in June.
