"A Constructive Labor Program" Will be Professor Carver's Subject

Professor T. N. Carver will speak on "A Constructive Labor Program" in the fourth lecture of the Phillips Brooks House Forum, which will be given in the Parish House of the First Church, Harvard Square, at 7.30 o'clock this evening. Professor Carver was formerly adviser on economics to the Agricultural Department at Washington.

There will be two more lectures in this series, which has been arranged by the Phillips Brooks House Association to create an interest in the problems of the day among the members of the University. The next two talks will be on "Unitarianism," that on March 11 to be delivered by Louis C. Cornish A.M.'99, and the one on March 18 by President Eliot.
