The Freshman track team will open its season by a meet with Worcester Academy, at Worcester, today at 2.30 o'clock. The Freshman team is well balanced, but somewhat stronger on the track than in the field events. Chute, the acting relay captain, and Wharton, are both fast men, but will be at a disadvantage, because they must run in several races on account of the lack of good runners. C. E. Dexter is expected to do well in the mile.

Fourteen Men Entered for Events.

Following is the list of Freshman entries for the meet:--

40-yard dash--R. Chute, B. Wharton.

45-yard hurdles--A. R. Browne, C. R. Hauers.

600-yard run--S. C. Fisher, J. A. McCarthy.
