EXPRESSED APPROVAL OF COUNCIL'S RESOLUTIONS

NO "BIG THREE" POLICY

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At an informal meeting of representatives of the undergraduate organizations of Yale, Princeton, and Harvard just held in New York City, members of the two former universities expressed themselves as in complete accord with the resolutions in regard to athletics passed at the last meeting of the University Student Council.

These resolutions related to the resumption of athletics on a pre-war basis, and the elimination of any code of athletic rules between Yale, Princeton, and the University other than those relating to eligibility. The term, "Big Three," was deplored, and means were discussed by which the erroneous impression already created in this regard might be combated. R. E. Gross '19 and E. W. Pavenstedt '20, represented the University.
